In Colorado, adults 21 and older can purchase these drinks at several local grocery and convenience stores, restaurants and cafes, and online. These drinks can also be bought at major chain stores.

There is a maximum of 1.75mg THC per serving. These drinks must also have a minimum 15:1 CBD:THC ratio. Drinks exceeding these parameters can be made in Colorado, but they may only be sold in other states where they are permitted. Colo. Rev. Stat. § 25-5-427(2)(d)
